1. Data we collect
Upon registration, the platform collects: full name, email address, phone number (optional), city and country. Carriers additionally provide: vehicle description and documents (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, company registration). The IP address is also automatically recorded at the time of consent.
2. How data is used
Collected data is used for: account management and authentication; listing publication and search; transport order coordination; sending notifications (email). Carrier documents are used solely for identity verification and are reviewed only by platform administrators.
3. Data security
Passwords are stored in encrypted form (bcrypt). Login sessions are managed via secure httpOnly cookies. Carrier documents are stored on the server and are not accessible to other users. The platform does not sell your personal data and does not transfer it to third parties, except analytics service providers (Google) as described in section 5.
4. Your rights
You have the right to: review the information stored in your account; request correction of inaccurate information; request complete deletion of your account and all associated data (listings, messages, transport history). Contact us through the platform's support feature.
5. Cookies
We use cookies in the following categories. Necessary: the login session (httpOnly), your language, currency and theme choice, a geolocation marker used for language detection, and the consent record itself — these are always active and required for the site to work. Analytics: for usage statistics — we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited); these cookies are set only with your consent and data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Marketing: for personalised advertising (not currently in use). On your first visit a consent banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or choose categories. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Necessary cookies do not require consent.
