1. Platform
GardenGo is an online marketplace platform for garden equipment listings, where individuals and companies can list, buy, and sell new and used garden machinery: lawn mowers, garden tractors, robotic mowers, pruning tools, chainsaws, snow blowers, and other related equipment. The platform provides a technical means for buyers, sellers, and carriers to connect and communicate with each other. GardenGo is not the seller, buyer, carrier, or trading agent of any listed item, nor a party to any agreement made between users.
2. Listings
By publishing a listing, the seller agrees to: accurately and fully describe the condition, year of manufacture, and any known defects of the item; use only genuine photos of the item being sold; state a genuine price and not provide misleading information; have the right to sell the item listed. It is prohibited to list stolen, counterfeit, or illegally acquired items, or items that infringe on third-party rights.
3. Buyer-seller agreement and payment
The buyer and seller independently and directly agree on the item's price, payment method, transfer, and other terms of sale — GardenGo does not take part in this agreement and does not accept, hold, or transfer any money. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for the accuracy of information provided, the item's condition or origin, a user's identity or right to sell the item, an agreement that fails to materialize or is improperly performed, the loss of a deposit or other funds, or other disputes arising between buyer and seller. Before making a payment, the buyer must verify the seller's identity, check the information about the item, and choose a payment method responsibly; it is recommended to keep the listing information, correspondence, and payment confirmation documents. If in doubt, the buyer should not proceed with the agreement or payment — the buyer alone is responsible for their own financial decisions.
4. Transport
The user ordering the transport (the client) and the carrier directly agree between themselves on the transport price, route, timeline, payment, and other conditions. GardenGo only helps the parties connect and does not take part in the transport agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for the transport process, timelines, payment, delay, loss, damage to the item, or other transport-related harm; disputes between the client and the carrier are resolved directly between the parties.
5. Account
The user must provide accurate registration information and is responsible for the security of their account: the confidentiality of their password and all activity carried out through their account. Account or login credentials may not be transferred to third parties. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately change their password and contact the platform.
6. Violations
In the event of a violation of these terms, the submission of misleading information, or reasonable suspicion of fraud or other activity harmful to user safety, the platform reserves the right to restrict or remove the visibility of a listing, temporarily suspend or permanently remove a user's account and associated data, and take other lawful action necessary to ensure the safety of the platform and its users.
7. Cookies and privacy
Using the platform involves the processing of personal data and the use of cookies, as described in the Privacy Policy. Necessary cookies are used to ensure the site functions; additional cookies (analytics, marketing) are used only with your consent. You can change your consent at any time via the footer. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
